Presentation

The research carried out by the Unit of Population Epidemiology (UEP) of the Division of Primary Care Medicine (SMPR) at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) aims to help improve the health of the population by gaining a better understanding of the risk and protective factors that can influence the state of health of Geneva's population now and in the future.

These studies are made possible by the active participation of thousands of participants from the Geneva community, who are committed to public health issues.

Studies

The common objective of all these studies is to help improve the health of the entire population of Geneva. The studies use the Specchio-Hub digital platform to facilitate access to questionnaires, the transmission of results, and the exchange and sharing of information with participants.

All data transmitted online is coded and treated as strictly confidential. Each of these studies has been approved by the Cantonal Research Ethics Committee (CCER).

To date, several thousand people have been actively participating in our studies.
