A few details

The "Monitoring your health" questionnaire is offered every year at the same time to people taking part in the Specchio and Specchio-COVID19 studies. You may have the impression that you have already answered questions about your well-being, your environment and your lifestyle.

This repetition is completely normal. It is even essential for the studies, as it enables us to monitor your health over time and observe any changes from the results of the previous year's follow-up questionnaire, at the level of the Geneva population.

What's new in 2024

This 2024 follow-up questionnaire contains new questions, particularly about your diet and eating habits. This is a subject that concerns us all, not only for reasons of health and well-being, but also because economic, social and ecological factors can influence the way we eat.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, some of us adopted healthier eating habits, for example by buying local produce. But what about today? Have these behaviours continued afterwards? What does this tell us about ourselves, and can it teach us anything for the future?
